hey will set up our files locally and try and replicate issues that we have and resolve them get signed off and resolve them to the live server.

They will need to be able to troubleshoot quickly of the issues we have in our queue of issues.

g ones and am willing to do this on an hourly based schedule.

Some projects include creation of databases, moving the site between servers and setting up a load balanced environment, creation of single sign on module for drupal to cover all sites, basic CSS, uploading/download files, and also some vbulletin support.

I do have a set budget per hour but do understand that this requires an expert.
