Website Design - Need Someone To Design A Home Page

I need someone to design a home page for me. My business is videography. I need a basic page design with sort of a contemporary professional look. I need someone to create sort of the template. I already have a web guy to build the all the inner working.

I don't have the video samples to include but those will be added later on by my web guy. My web address is VideoNewEngland.com I've attached the logo. The new site design does not have to include the same design of the logo if you come up with something better.

If you look at this site http://www.matrixvideo.com- I'm not super crazy about the colors and the look but I like the structure of the videos. That's how I want them set up with my site. I like how there's a selection of videos and when you click on one it comes up above it on the bigger screen.

I'm not sure on coloring yet. Maybe a midnight blue or a really dark blue. Not sure. I'm open to suggestions. Again, this project is about design not the inner working of the site which I will have my web guy do.

Like everyone, I'm working within a budget. I'm looking for someone that understands what I'm going for. Please dont respond if you don't have a sample portfolio of work I could look at.
