Photoshop Text In A Jpeg

Just need to replace text in a Template Monster Flash template. (See PDF).

I know Flash well enough to make the changes to a template, but I'll leave this part to a pro.

This is a very simple thing. If you do well with this one, I have another website I'll need help with.

I will give the winner a zip file of the entire Flash project.

I will need the website ready to run, in spanish...
After you insert the text in spanish i will check every pages to see if there is some translation missing.
for example, i would like to translate some error message or this kind of thinks.
You will also be requested to add the meta titles, meta descriptions...
That's why a spanish native speaker is better.

Just to clarify: I don't need a PowerPoint presentation. The project involves simply rewriting text in presentation format. Long paragraphs (as they appear in the textbook) need to be summarized and presentated in presentation format (with headings, bullet points, etc.) The final product can be in .txt or .doc format.

1. I provided the text I want for the 5 tabs on the left. I also matched the text with the appropriate icon and indicated desired order. I tried making these myself but couldn't get the lighting effects to match since fireworks didn't render psd correctly
2. Headline: We help you make more money in less time. Using same formatting but can you add large quotes?
3. Text changes across bottom

We're looking for someone who could transfer Arabic text (all the text will be provided in a word-document, no translation is needed) into psd-files for a brochure. For that Photoshop ME (Middle East) would be necessary. The text would have to fit into certain spaces so only very little artwork would have to be done. It's approximately about 16-20 pages.
