Create New Ebay Template

for a programmer to make a new eBay shop template.
Design should be based on our new webshop.
For some reason the current eBay shop template (links, pictures) is
screwed up and has to be set straight first.

Brief:
It needs to be W3C Validated and clean code with no errors.
It needs to be eBay friendly, no html or css that doesn't work within ebay.

If you have any ideas on how to easily customize the coding for adding new products, new images, etc then I will certainly be interested in working with you.
