Oscommerce Thank You Page With Coupon

When you have no proven track record with OSCommerce please do not repsond!
We need a coupon on the "Thank You" page in OSCommerce which can be send to a friend by email.
The email must be in HTML.
The coupon must be a pre-set one which adds a fixed "bonus points" to the "friends" account (Points/rewardsV2.0) when this friend signs up (email can be used to store the points and add to the account when signed up).
The buyer also receives a fixed amount of bonus points are reward but only when a order is placed and (!!) the buyer has opt-in for commercial emails.
A nice graphic must be provided as wel as a help funtion (written to explain the conditions and use).
When the friend is not responding on the coupon an email must be send within a fixed number of days to notify the buyer that the friend is not responding and must be able to send the coupon to another friend.
I was thinking to make this coupon available for a maximum of 2 or 3 friends per order/thank you page.
