I'd like to have it done in PHP to be able to upload the files to my server and then do whatever I want with the final video, download it or keep it on the server... but if it is easier to do it in python as static software I'd consider it too...

I have a client with a small site using TinyMCE editor as a CMS. The "browse" and upload photo suddenly stopped working. Doesn't seem to be the server-- both GD and IM are installed and working fine, so I'm not sure. I've never worked with TinyMCE before. I'm guessing it needs one of the image plugins installed to work properly.

I require the following:

I would like to get the test working so it displays results correctly
I would like all the buttons on the test centered
I may also require a different kind of state. Session state rather than getting the data from the URL

thing here is to generate a very good quality PDF out of these PNG images. Unless this criteria is satisfied the project will not be considered as complete.
This has to be a fully automated process with no manual intervention required.

We want this same quality retained in the PDF that you will create out of the supplied PNG.

This is not a complex task.
Knowing PHP myself, I'm able to do such thing (I've done similar things in the past).... only, not as slick and nice as I would want, and this is why I'm here... so please dont go crazy with the bids. This is a small, easy and fast project.
