Looking To Make Some Design Changes To My Wordpress Theme.

video was uploaded to clipshare and the flv is in the folder but the movie still wont play. I need this fixed so the video plays.

AVS mods:

Every time a visitor watches a video automatically create a rating of 3 - 5 for the video.
Add more visitor views per view instead of 1 each time.

I need a devolopper with some Java and Javascript experience who can make some design changes to website built in Java. THe design changes have already been made. The job simply consists of applying the changes to the java web app.

Also can you change the email address that the data is sent to when a user inputs info into the pop up when you click an event name on events page.

I need that pop up edited a little so there is more space around the image and the text looks better.
I want the event title above the image too.
make it so when a pop up open, after "TUE" it says the event name i.e "PLAY"
and when you click image can the pop up window autosize to fit the image.
