Site must float on the grey background if browser expands.

Center content area div must be able to expand down, stretching current shape of site if content uses more space in center that you can currently see. And the border images with shadow must expand down with it if space for content is added.

Must work the same in IE6+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome!

Note: There is NO need for any PHP code or back-end development of the forms. We only require the form layouts in HTML with Jquery validation.

find an expert designer who will provide a template (html + css code) for it. we will add all contents and dynamic code.
So, you are just required to create the template of 1-2 pages with some placeholder.

I can buy nice template everywhere on internet so, i am looking for a creative designer.
Other projects will be given to the right person.
