Update A Php Website.

You can not use any template I need a unique design
Its only 1 page website...
I need ad admin panel where I update news....

and on main page all those news show up...

Its simple thing so expecting a fair price...

10 pages now. We want to add about 10 sub-pages with dropdown menu and restructure the site. We will supply pictures and writeups. We have brochure designs in PDF for each product. You will have to refer to PDF files and design a layout for products page. You have to design a banner for home page and another for inside - ideally with javascript, not flash.

Looking for a PHP website to be build from scratch. We will give further details of the type of website we are looking at. At a high level, we need a (PHP and MySQL based) website that will have huge public interaction. The teams with highest experience are only considered. Payment will be made by GAF or Pay Pal.

o CSS placed on a PHP driven site. The website should have new design on all pages when you are finished. All functions of the website...search etc. should still be working when you get finished also. I don't need you to just place the design on the home page...I could do that. I want all pages linked together etc...again..it should be a complete website when you are done functioning just like it does now with just a new design.

2. we he comes to a web page to upload user image upload button is disabled because iphone browser doesn;t support file upload also it is no possible to to use flash or java because they are also no supported

theoretically it can be done via email image upload or some plugin for 3rd party upload like picupapp or aurigma without creating an application.
