I want a Wordpress powered website designed with these considerations:
1) 1280 px header and footer with the body wrapper set at around 980 - 1000 px
2) Blog pages set to an interior page NOT the homepage
3) Homepage is static and with the layout as I show in the attachment. I must be able to easily revise homepage content. And some of the homepage content links to other sites and other pages.
4) Code MUST be ultra-clean and stable. Site MUST load FAST. My graphics are minimal so if the site loads slowly or in pieces it's not my problem it's yours.
5) Sidebar includes: Twitter feed, e-zine sign-up, logos of past clients, tag cloud, a testimonial, recent comments
