Script To Check Domains Reg Date And Yahoo Links

I'm looking for a script to check mail for Yahoo and/or Hotmail via a Linux command line.

I have low budget for this script, and I need a way to check aswell whether the script really is blank, I am willing to create a test page and do anything to check, because I need the script to 100% blank the referrer.And a script to confirm check before loading the page so incase there is some browser that the script doesn't work, it will check whether it really blank the referrer before loading the page.

I don't have admin privileges on the server, but can create and update tables. Script will be tested using SQL navigator.

Right now the code is made to install it per web site. I want to have a admin area where I can manage users who register for this product. I want to be able to offer something like uservoice.com is.
