Shopping Cart Changes Needed

We need to make some changes to our online shopping site. These changes will be listed below. Unfortunately, its a password protected site and I can only give access to it once I've awarded the project. #2 and #3 should be pretty straight forward edits to the my account page and the header file. If you need to know something specific about #1 in order to quote... please ask and I'll try to answer it the best I can.

1. We need to make the shopping cart hold items that are put in it. Right now when someone puts an item into their cart it doesn't stay there if they logout of their account. We want the cart to keep everything that the user puts into it so that they can come back later and complete the order. Something similar to the way Amazon.com keeps items in the cart and allows you to save selected items for later.
2. Can you reorder the menu items at the top in the blue bar and remove / add a couple of new ones. Delete ‘Dealer Locator' Here is the order I want them in: (Home, Our Flyer, Order History, Credit Application, Contact Us) You can get the credit app and order history links from the My Account page.
3. Under ‘My Account' can you remove the Add/Edit My Credit Card Info from this page.
