Videos Not Playing / Downloading On Website

I have 2 problems that need fixing on the following website: t o t a l l y c l i p s.c o m (warning - adult content). The site uses 'adult video scipt'
1. The Download button is not currently working when users try to download embedded videos (after they have logged in). Nearly all videos on the site are embedded. Ie when users log in and play a video then the download button under the video player should download the video, but it returns an error for embedded videos currently.
2. Videos that have been uploaded by users are not playing. For example, the video on the homepage called: sdf
Someone has had a quick look at it and it looks like the path to the player is wrong on the server side.

Play ClipShare Videos on iPad and iPhone

Google adsense not showing up on website in some locations

Graphic Flash designer on website wanted
od graphic flash designer to redo or re-produce an exceptional flash with highest quality animation on two areas of our website. If you can replace the one we have there with a better and high quality one, you are the one we need. if you are not so good with website but can give an excellent redesign of the present flash animation, it is also acceptable.
Videos Not Playing

We tried upgrade to latest version of clipshare but new videos still did not work. We switched hosts (now on cirtex) and now even the old videos do not work (it looks like they are stuck in buffering).

Implement shopping cart on website
Let's do away with the order page section and just add an "Add to cart" or "Add to Order" option for each image in the gallery.
I would love to hear from a shopping cart expert who could knock this out in a 2-3 days.

Install Pop-up Exit Survey On Website
should not take you more than 30 minutes - 1 hour to implement because I have the code, I just need someone to write a quick JavaScript pop-up script. I would prefer that the script for the pop-up not be coded on the HTML page itself, but be called.
Furthermore, the exit-pop up will need to be installed on 3 pages on the website where the form appears.
