I have a list of people names associated with company domain. The list is in a Microsoft Excel File (please see attached sample records).
I would like to get a script or a small program that does the following:
1) extracts the names of the people
2) combines their names with the company domain and creates email addresses
3) multiple combinations according to sample below
See please this example here below:
Domain: www.examplecompany.com
Names: Smith, John; Nan Kiang, Woo;
Resulting email addresses (10 combinations for each name):

The change I need is this:
If the script detects a the quiz name of 'Basic Haz Mat Training', it should only be included in the email if the last grade is three years old, instead of one. This quiz is only required every three years, so we do not want to include the quiz in the outgoing email if it hasn't yet been three years.
I am sure this is a simple change, but I am not a proficient enough programmer.
The code works perfectly.
