Server Help With Security Vunerabilities

My websites was rank on the top in google, got hacked 2 times, got injected with virus and removed by google.
I need someone with great security and hacking skill to help me to find out what to do to stop all these hacking activities.

Someone can find me how did try to hack me will be awesome.

I need some help with a VPS server i got.

To start with, i can not access FTP or the file manager through Direct admin.

Eventhough it is a very simple task, i want someone that has very good knowledge about servers for further updates on the server.

What I need is an experienced sysadmin, with capabilities and experience of dealing with such a thing, Who can:

2. Help with prevention to future attacks.
