Adapt Look/layout Of A Gallery Script

Hi,
I need a javascript gallery script layout, functionality, theme and css adapting. It consists of a main .js file, a theme .js file and a css file. I think it's quite straight forward for someone who knows what they are doing.
At the moment the thumbnails are automatically placed underneath the main image in one line with arrows for scrolling through further hidden thumbnails.
I would like:
1. The thumbnails placed in up to four columns on the left of the main image with links to further images in the gallery underneath.
2. The ability to specify the thumbnail and main image sizes.
3. The ability to specify the number of thumbnails in a column.
4. There is a tint overlaid on the thumbnails which needs to be removed and replaced with a colour border which displays when the thumbnail is hovered over.
There is a screenshot attached of how it should look.
The script is Galleria using the classic theme. I can supply this when we go ahead.

o see what I mean. Script must belong to me with no rights issues etc and be fully tested on your server with ability for me to test then download and test on mine.
Happy to escrow half into account on start with release half way through and then remainder once installed, tested and any issues resolved on mine.

Small edit of a php script
I have part of a php script that queries a database, then created an RSS 2.0 feed from the results
The "description" part of the feed contains the contents of three fields. I'd like to have the contents of a fourth field added. I think this is quick and easy, but I have no background for this.
I'd like to email you that part of the script, and then after you edit it, email it back for me to test.

Need A Small Script
I am in need of a small script that will do the following:
- Grab an excel file (I will make the script to download the excel file)
- Analyze the excel file (read the total number of lines, read specific "targets" on each line, etc)
- Compare with previous excel file and/or table (note down the changes and email differences)
- Update the MySQL database / insert into table
I need this as soon as possible.
