Embed An Ms Access File To Joomla
Required skills: MS Access, Modification, Microsoft Access, Joomla, Access
I have an Microsoft Access file with about 10 fields and 300 records.
I would like my site to be able to:
- Display specified information when a record is selected.
- Display REPORTS queried by year, region, type, etc...
Please note that:
- Each record contains a picture to be displayed when record name chosen.
- Be able to add, update, modify records in master database.
- Be able to use Unicode fonts (such as Arial, Tomaha, etc...)
- Compatible with Joomla 1.5.20
If Ms Access is NOT a good idea for this task, a suitable program would be OK.
Please tell me what you are planning to handle this task in the first contact, and explain how it would work.

Ms Access Sql Expert
EASY WORK: I have a csv file with 1.3M records. I need to replace the contents of a column for 238K specific records with the contents of the other csv file. The files are confidential so I can only send a slice. It would take about an hour for an MS Access expert to determine the best approach, then write a few MS Access SQL statements.

Create Ms Access Script To Read Text File
We will like to develop MS Access Script that will read text '|' delimiter file, into 2 different Access Table. If the first field on the line is H then it will be read to H table. And if the first field on the line is D then it will be read to D table and also populate the PO_Number to each sub sequence D table until it reaches another H.

Ms Access Ole Object Extraction To Physical Image Files
I have an MS Access DB with 304 records and 2 fields (a member number, and a picture OLE Object). The image format of the OLE Object seems to vary (BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG). I need all 304 pictures extracted as physical image files named with the corresponding member number and with the appropriate extension type (.bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png). Attached is a sample of the Access MDB with only 12 records.

I am assuming this is done via an MS Access macro, but it really doesn't matter to me how this is done as long as I can point to a CSV file or load it in Acecss or Excel 2007, press a minimum of buttons, and export the summary report. The export would also need to tabulate for files that do not have file extensions.
The sooner this can be done, the better!

With MS Access you cannot use it over a VPN efficiently so we need it to be converted to MSSQL backend (data) using access frontend. The client computers are using access runtime to open front end over the VPN.
Any extra information will be provided by request to the winning bidder.

converting MS Access file to Web (it is in Arabic)
want to convert these to a web application that can be installed on a server and can be accessed through a browser...
you can use whatever "mainstream" web technology you are comfortable with...
the file is of medium size (3.9 MB)

Create Ms Access 2003 Database
16 fields (dates and text). I expect this will be extremely straightforward for someone with Access experience. I also need a few customized reports programmed – that will allow for reports to be generated from the entered data. Nothing too fancy…just need a spreadsheet report from the data entered into the fields. I will need this done by Dec 24th.

We use an MS Access-based application to track our business activity (inbound shipments, inventory, outbound shipments) and we need some custom views from which to view and edit data. The first phase of work should take about 2 weeks, then there may be more work after that.
