I'm need someone to design and develop a roughly 8 page website that would feature garage sales, flea markets, and other types of sales ads users post.
I am looking for similar functionality of http://www.egaragesales.com.au/index.asp however there are several things on the site I do not need and a few additional things I need listed below. I am also seeking a better design. A few things we would want/ additional things are:
1. USER MEMBERSHIPS. Three types of user memberships. 1. One time pay basic ad. 2. Monthly recurring ads membership. 3. Users who visit the site only register for free if they want to join the forum or set-up a wish-list. Each ad page will have 5 - 10 pictures (depending on which account they sign up for), description, title, contact info, google map, items for sale along with prices, and several other fields I will tell you about later. Also on each page there will be section where it shows other sales close to that area like on the right side of this page http://www.egaragesales.com.au/garagesales/garagesale_open.asp?gsale_ID=5712
2. SEARCH/ITEM TOOL. Sales will be divided by garage sales, flea markets, community sales, and several other sale categories we add. All sales selected will be searchable by zip, city, states entered. Also imporant... users can search individual or multiple items by zip and cities and allow them to pull up a list of sale listings where those items they are searching for are located.
3. FORUM. Registered members can talk in the forum.
4. TIPS/ TOOLS Page. Where we can link helpful blogs, insert links to other sites, and other additional items.
5. COMPARE MEMBERSHIP PAGE. Similar to http://www.egaragesales.com.au/placeanad/placeanad.asp?l=menu_global2
6. GOOGLE MAP INTEGRATION. Need a map on the homepage where user enter their zip code and see sales in their area similar to http://gsalr.com/garage-sales-houston-tx.html
* a second map on individual ad pages showing where sale is.
7. FAQ and About US page
8. Featured sales on homepage are on a image slider.
9. Space for advertising (either google adsense or revenue ads)
10. Option to print individual sales listing
A FEW OPTIONS I LIKE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED:
OPTIONAL: HOLD ITEM PAYMENT OPTIONS. I want buyers to be able to pay sellers via pay pal, visa, etc to hold certain items until the buyer can get there.
OPTIONAL: Mini classified page. This section would be so users can sale leftover items from their sale or list for free.
OPTIONAL: User wish list. I want a function where registered members can select items they are looking for and when these items are posted on the site they are sent information on which sales have this item in their zip or city
I'm looking primarily for someone to do the design and development but flexible if you want to do just front-end, please let me know in your bid what the bid is for. As you see on my SL reviews I am easy to work with.
