Google Map Api Debugging A Simple Mysql Database Connexion

Hi,
My application connects the google Map Api to records in a mysql database.
The goal of this app is to put my clients where they are located.
The script transforms an address into Lat and Lng numbers.
It used to work on my previous server, not anymore on the new one.
What i need i someone to give me a hand to check what's wrong.
Why the connection does not work anymore.
My eyes are surely full of shiet :-)
Here is a sample of the script, i can give you the content of the page linked if you're selected to work on the project.
Further developments to come on this API.

Real Estate website - Properties parsing - Google MAP API

Google Map API. Postcode Search
I need someone to code a postcode search for my google map API. I have created the store locator and the database, all I need is the postcode search and the ability to show stores that are close to the postcode required.

the list view has 38 listings so the map view should show 38 markers on the map. It is not showing all locations.

working on wordpress sites using mappress plugin.
