I am looking for a long-term wordpress developer and this job is intended to find someone with the skills I need. If you have a better solution to achieving this functionality, please include that in your proposal.

Design a header image based on a sample image (provided). This will be in place or current logo/banner. You will need great Photoshop skills to do this as the banner is a bit artistic (actual photo of banner taken via iphone will be provided)

4. After making suitable changes install the updated theme at a different domain where actual site will be located.
