We would like to have a Canadian real estate database of different categories including Real estate agents, Builders, Property Management companies, Mortgage dealers/companies, Property insurance agents/companies, and house inspection categories etc.
Database fields required are "Company Name", "Website URL", "City" "About us info" and should be separated by Category.
The requirements are 5000 listings altogether. Data accuracy must be more than 95%. Each data should be unique and no repeat info. Data to be delivered in excel format.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect damages, claim and loss to you or to any third party resulting from your work or used method.

Step 4b) Submit 2nd time using query parameters from step 4a
Step 4c) Either Screen/HTML scrape or Download results data
Step 4d) Parse the result data to get a calculation and append this calculation to record 1
Step 4e) Repeat Step 4 for the remaining 9 records.

Let me know what your thoughts are. These are definitely easy changes and add-ins. There won't be too many other changes to the site, what you see here is about 90% of what I envisioned in my head from the get-go.

The main responsibilities would be recording all money out and reconciliation. The company is projected to grow at a constant rate over 10% per month which would directly translate to additional hours available. We believe this would be a full-time position by September.
