We currently need a Magento Project Manager who has best experience in using Magento. You need to be very experienced and knows everything basic from hosting, design, PHP/Zend programming, etc. So you know who to hire, what skill set needed, etc.
The job goal is very simple, just launch the website. So you will have to deal with everything related.
The website characteristic will be:
1. HD (High Definition) design, Magento do very good on design and I think there's no problem with that for you.
2. Able to print shipping label directly from Fedex/USPS
3. Have advanced search feature (like showing result before the user finish typing,etc)
4. Good back end inventory management, we will have around 300 SKU.
5. Have dynamic design management so the back end admin can easily maintain and update any content that needed. It's best if the website able to let admin customize any aspect of page.
6. Need to have good concept creating system for frontend – backend combination. (such as system for managing static block/widget/etc)
You will have the authorization to hire any team member for this job as necessary. We are using odesk for monitoring and managing this.
