Instant Wordpress Theme Install Needed

I have a theme I'm using for all my website clients that I've customized and it works well from a user standpoint. What I need is an automated way for my resources to cp the theme and plugins from a folder on the server to a domain they create without given them my VPS root password. Some files will need to have perms changed after the upload for the theme to work. They are currently FTPing and customizing the theme and plugins manually for each install.
Basically, the resource will kick off a script, possibly from secret installation page, that does all the cp and permissions work.
I do NOT want wpmu, as I do not want my clients to have access to each other themes.

2nd Logo.
I have the theme and All docs how to do it jsut dont know wordpress that well. i will show you the DEMO how i want to look its same theme that as Demo..

rt, you tell me. :-) I need a programmer that is willing to stick it out to the end to get all this work completed so I have a final solution in place. Please bid accordingly.
