A Very Quick Code Fix On Db Related Job

I have a very simple drop down menu system for finding car parts.
step 01: users will "select car make"
step 02: system will generate and display a list of the proper models in the 2nd drop-down
step 03: user will select the model number from the list
step 04:system will generate and display related year
step 05: user will select the year
step 06: system will display a list of appropriate parts related to that particular car.
This is a very basic code for retrieving information from four tables in the the small db.
The problem that I have is that the drop-down menus sometimes load and other times don't even show up.
I need help fixing the problem. PM me if you need to see the code in action.

A very basic blog saved on file

- All submitted forms should be stored on file (csv or txt), NOT database.
- The latest form submitted (aka blog post) should be displayed for visitors on a page, like a normal blog feed (for example index.php). The latest blogs should always be displayed first, followed by the older entries.

Very Quick Css Fix
the top aligned image done, but I can't figure out a way to allign another to the bottom of the page. The CSS rule you use must be valid.
This should only take a minute or two for those that know. I wouldn't expect this to cost much either, so silly bids will be ignored.

17) When all other changes are done, I will send over a new background image and a few new buttons...a quick fix.

I am installing a perl script to protect and deliver an ebook from a hidden file. The script is Easy-Download-Protector.
I have installed it all the way to the point of delivery of the product, except it can not find the hidden file.
