Repetitive Web Submission Script

We need an individual or group to program and implement a script that would automate a repetitive form submission process (the process involves online voting). There is also a trial program which may be used as an alternative to the script found here -http://www.neotys.com/product/demo-neoload.html. There are no captcha images involved nor any confirmation emails sent. The site allows the end user to login through Facebook and simply hit "vote." This makes the process extremely simple. We already have the Facebook accounts as well. The only issue is to ensure that the votes submitted via the script/program use different U.S. IP addresses. This may be accomplished through the use of cloud computing or some sort IP switch program. We are offering $ 500 U.S. to bring us within the top 10 and hold us there until the night of August 31 (when the contest ends). As an added incentive, if the contest is actually won we will pay the individual/group $ 1000 US. If you need additional information please contact us.

Web Scraping Script Modifications
I have an existing financial web scraping script that no longer functions due to website changes. Several of the pages need re-writing. The script is written in PHP and runs on OSX.
Web Crawler Script Required
The scripts should be provided to us which can be run on a weekly basis to keep the information up to date. Ideally the script should be written in c#.
