Hello I am wanting to update this the Falcon wordpress them. Here is what I need.
1. I want the header replaced by a single image that is a link to the index. (See sample image below.)
2. I want a new widget area where it says "Latest Forum Posts" on my sample below.
3. I want to remove one or two hard coded block in the right hand column of this theme.
4. I would like a list of changes made and backups of the files etc.
If all goes well I will probably have you help match my forum and gallery to this wordpress theme.

theme that needs to be modified. Shouldn't be much work for a dev with decent skills. I need a text adding to the front page only plus the new theme needs to have the colour coding changed to match my existing site which is being migrated to the new theme.

Wordpress Theme Modification
This project is for modification of a WordPress theme. The WordPress theme is Thesis 1.8.
I am trying to get the same look and layout of another website using the same theme. I'm thinking the project may involve some basic graphic work, and some light coding within WordPress to setup. I have attached a sample screenshot of the site. Thank You

of view and from a useability point of view . This will require an in depth CSS knowledge. You will most likely be comfortable with hand coding CSS , be familiar with useability concepts and be able to ammend/ manipulate in photoshop existing theme graphics to suit the modified theme layout. ( eg rollover states etc. )

At the bottom there is an area at the bottom that contains the 3 latest posts. (183x250 px images with rollover sliding effect at bottom)
Instead of displaying the 3 LATEST blog posts, I would like this to display ANY 3 SPECIFIED POSTS which can be controlled through the admin area. Because there are some posts that we would like to keep on the home page for longer periods of time than others.

I have a premium Wordpress theme that needs to be modified. I have two options: either a complete rewrite of the theme or the theme will need changes made to it.
