Looking for an experienced web developer / designer that can take an existing HTML website and CSS and create a 2 page template that can easily be expanded in the future by replacing:
- banner and
-color schemes in CSS.
Both existing HTML needs to be cleaned as well as CSS.
Would like to find someone that is willing to work on a more permanent basis on a number of html projects if the job meets a solid quality standard.
The look and feel will be similar to the attached sample. I will provide actual website through MB for qualified bids as well as example site for clean HTML/CSS.

n me a front page and a page template for my online shop which I use volusion. I would like the front page to be similar to www.play.com I like the content slider and two side bars and menu navigation is very nice and it's a very user friendly design. The page template would be the similar to the front page but the middle section would be the page content.
