Home Page Web Banner Needed

We are looking for a programmer to design us a company banner for our home page, The sample site is http://www.ralphmichel.com/kennedylewis/
my boss does not like the jquery and wants to use a static banner

Pictures for left side (4207010 or 1424855)
Picture for middle company logo (klr-logo)
Picture for right side (4400102 or 6675953)

Please see if you can send watermarked sample. We currently can place photos using photoshop in row but need something or image that blends when with our banner, size can be based on your suggestion and out sample site.

We are looking to use all photos or just one left, logo, right. We must see samples to choose design to view quality of your work.

A 1-page Web Template Needed
