Create Jpg Image Into 3d File Rigged For Animation

I want my .jpg image created into a full 3d format of 3D max. It's likeness has to be identical to the jpeg. So you must know this stuff already. This is not for practice. Urgent project. I know there are plenty of programmers here that can do this already.

We need this flat 2D Mary Quant image into a 3D format/CAD model (we may send a slightly different format).

The bob haircut needs to have the largest relief with the facial features to a lesser extent.

We would like to have some communication before the project starts just to ensure we will get what we need.

We require a format editor to combine and prepare 12 PDF files into one file ready for submission for printing as a physical book. There are 12 chapters which are currently individual PDFs (or .pages source files). We need them combined and formatted into one document.

I am open to any other ideas that would yield a 3d image capable of 'tactile' interpretation if output to a 3d printer (hence the STL format.)

Convert the attached image to a 3D rotating image.
If the red ball could explode out and back in it would be an advantage.
The image is to be used for our BabelCube product, the idea behind BabelCube is to create order out of chaos - hence the cube rotating and making sense of this exploded ball into a normal shaped ball (if that makes sense?)

t need to strictly follow reference picture, but proportions have to be similar, and overall look has to be stylized and cartoony. Hair and fur may be done using polygons or dynamics, but if dynamics are used, software is limited to Autodesk Maya 2009 and above (no third-party plugins).

I have created a rough model that you can refer to: please note that I expect the finished product to be a lot more complete than this example.

Any lines must be draw as shapes.


Must have experience Adobe Ilustrator, we need the file in either cs or cs2 format.

Payment will be by escrow at appointment and fund released once artwork is confirmed.

Artwork require no later than 12 hours.

If this project is successful, we have this need on a regular basis (3 to 10 times a week) and normally do this inhouse, but I would prefer to outsource this. So winner may get repeat work.

ur organization's logo/seal, from scratch. We are looking for a clean, modern style with a great deal of depth. 3D rendering is not necessary, but at least similar level of realism is needed. We have currently been using a stock photograph, however due to licensing, we must develop our own version from here on out. Example has been attached, This needs to be done within 7 days and done well. Please contact us immediately if interested!
