Simple Jailbroken Iphone App Needed

I need a very simple jailbroken iPhone app created that consists of the following. This app really only needs two screens.
1. Nicely designed App icon
2. Nicely designed Splash Page
3. A nicely designed page with 1 button on it that says "Start."
4. When the Start button is pressed a progress bar animation appears and the app searches the iPhone for every installed app on the iPhone
5. The app then makes a list of all the installed apps and automatically emails it to email@demoURL.com along with the iPhone's UDID and if possible phone number.
6. Then the app displays: "Task Completed."
Full escrow and confidentiality required after selecting developer. I need this app completed in no more than 4 days. Please only bid if you can start on the project right away. Escrow will be released as soon as the app is uploaded so that I can download and run it on my jailbroken iPhone 4.
