Magento Template And Config

We have a psd design we need converted to a magento template and we need magento installed. Should be a straight forward project for someone who fully understands magento.

I want a simple custom magento template based in a psd file.
It is very simple template, i can send you a jpg if you want to see this.
The magento install have include the products so you need also to configure this with search button in the first page with filters (filter by brand).

be a bit 'fresher'. We are able to replace some images ourselves so we really just need the template put to a stage where we can finalise the design ourselves.

We need this work to extend to the product pages, and checkout area and possibly to our stores emails if possible.

I have just bought a Magento ecommerce template and I'm having trouble installing it !

Its a theme meant for Magento 1.4.2.0, so thats the version I need installed. I already have version 1.4.0 installed on a plesk system.
