Need to install site content from backup .zip file from old joomla version 1.0x into new joomla template 1.5x - template is already installed.

Fix Joomla site hack. I recovered my username and password and have access to ftp and mysql databases. Also upgrade Joomla to latest version (current version is 1.5.0). m is a bit of a mess. Created by me, first ever joomla site, learnt as i went along. Created a bit of a monster actually. In my eyes.
So, my sh404SEF module is messed up.
SOBI2 knowlege is almost essential. As it's a major component used in my site. Without it, I don't think you'd understand what's going on.
It's quite twisted. But anyway.
I need some help. Before the site gets bigger.

I have tried but am having problems with the MYSQL database, so need someone who has experience with this too.

So basically I need:
Upgrade Joomla to most recent version
Install Joomla on three subdomains of my site
Copy the template, content and database to the subdomains, so they display the same as the main site

My budget is $ 30 for the work, and I need the work completed ASAP.

How long will it take you?

forward the domain to new server until all files have been uploaded because I cant have down time. Let me know if this is something you can do. It is very important everything is copied over teh exact way it is now and functioning correctly.
