Im told that this job takes about 20 minutes or so to do if the programmer is familiar with NING.COM a place that you can build your website off of there strucuturing.

Additional Info (Added 3/24/2011 at 20:37 EST)...By the way, I have no idea how to get themes. You can find them and send them to me for my considerations at the worst.
Prefer a programmer who is more design-savvy on her own and can decide which themes are most good-looking instead of one that needs to ask for view, and then just do things mechanically.
