Joomla Header Script Issue 2

I have a Joomla site with Flash Header Script Installed. It recently stopped working. I need someone to take a look at it.

2. We should be able to add text ads, Flash Ads, etc.
3. Should be easy to maintain the website/ Upload videos/ Pictures/ etc. and easy to organize it as well

scratch but due to time/budget limitation, i now prefer a ready made script with no additional work involved. Once we have a working demo/a reputable provider with a script aleady built - we will expand the script and make additional changes.

Its a must that you have a demo for the script. there will be no additional changes therefore budget for this project is not going to be high. I will consider offers between $ 40-$ 150 only.

I am on a very tight budget, but I have many other jobs that will be given if everything goes well! You must be able to provide a fully functional demo before I release the milestone. I need this done ASAP and I have the money ready.

On a working Joomla 1.5 website with an installed directory script there are empty records showing on front-end, which cannot be deleted.

This should be fixed.

The Image: I am looking to combine a picture of a brass band with an image of the Toronto skyline and make it fit within the colour theme of the template.

I have a nice template installed and the modules in perfect location, i just dont know how to add this functions what i need in this template.

I had a free php script who makes big part of the work i need, maybe you can modify it for running on my joomla template.

The site is Jooma 1.5 with a purchased template.

We want to remove the grass in the header and replace with whitespace so we can add a header image instead.

We also want the suckerfish menu installed which we have or modify the menu to for more width, as if you see the menu is out of alignment

Should be an easy task for a proper Joomla expert.

e forum and blog must be exportable to vbulletin (for the future)
