I pretty much just need to make a nice footer and header like they have here. I dont even need html because I will just plug the headers and footers into a template that I have.

This is really easy for a webdesigner as it's almost like cut and paste (except for the two text fields). You will deliver the dreamweaver files to me.

the messages are wrong. One just seems to have a wrong field being used, and the other is a simple text alteration.
