Simple Squeeze Page Design With Thank You Page

I desire a holiday sale project of digital products. I want two sales pages and a thank you page with download links. I will provide domain/subdomain name and hosting location, images, more info link,download links, banner code and opt in box code. I will require security added to the thank you page. I want a well know Christmas song to play when page one and two are opened.

Launching an ebook and need to design a 1 page (pitch page) web site with a thank you page to work with clickbank. Will supply all information necessary for design. Must have experience with ebooks.
