Digital Delivery Shopping Cart

Seeking a nice/professional looking shopping cart that only offers video clip downloads for customers. Options i'm looking for:
1) sample video capture image (animated gif, automatically generated)
2) video description
3) price
4) length of clip (automatically detected)
5) allow customer to register their billing info and credit card for quick purchases (so they don't have to re-enter credit card info everytime)
6) Admin backend for sales reports, email addresses of customers, what they bought, etc....
7) more options possibly added as we go.
i'm seeking a cart that is different than what is already out there. Eye catching and very easy for the customer to navigate through and make quick purchase with immediate download link after payment is processed. I do have my own merchant account through eprocessingnetwork - I can use authorize.net AIM method.
If you have any thoughts I would love to discuss.
My server runs CentOS, PHP and Mysql.

Shopping Cart + Pin Delivery
combination of Zencart and Pomidorcart PIN delivery module. I have attached a complete list of functionality that the successful bid has to meet. Would prefer someone who has already coded a cart or is very familiar with what i have described as i have little time.

Orders in back end should be itemised.
Items in invoice should state whether delivery included or not.
If delivery included, seperate address for delivery (option for billing and shipping address to be same).
Currently products have attached price structure, should be like this for each product.
Should be able specify minimum quantities and/or minimum quantities for product groups.

The programmer chosen needs to send me a sample of what I require (eg only one item from the shopping cart showing the process within the required design), before I transfer the money to escrow.
