Contact Form Jquery Popup
Required skills: PHP, Modification, jQuery, Javascript, Java, Form, CSS, Captcha, Contact Form
We need a developer to design a jquery popup contact form using PHP, JAVA, etc which we will need to be able to modify and tweak some fileds ourselves (we have basic knowledge of php).
Submit form must have the following:
Ability for admin to add/remove fields using true/false statements
Custom fields required:
1.text fields
2.check box
3.radio button
4.drop down box
Email validator/checker (to ensure user has entered a valid email address)
Redirect to URL if user's javascript is disabled on browser
Browser/Javascript compatibility
User must stay on same form when they submit, a successful sent message to confirm
Contact form must have url link to home page after customer submits
Spam protection – Ability to enable/disable captcha
Tick box to allow customer receive a copy of the message

The plugin will need a simple admin settings page.

need a contact form to send admin html mail exactly like attached image, but with extra field "contact number".
So 4 fields: name, email, contact number, message.
Also, send a "thank you" message to sender.
This is a simple job should take any gd coder 1 hour

Wordpress Plugin Contact Form
milar to existing plugins. Once contact form is saved a table will be created just for that form with fields that are the same as contact form fields.
Once the form is submitted the admin can view forms in admin sidebar with little numbers for new submissions. Once admin clicks on form the admin can then view/sort/delete/export form submissions on a per form basis.

1.) Change the validation error so it shows the red box-shadow when there is an error. I want to get rid of the default way that CF7 does this.
2.) Using jQuery or something, I want the select to look just like my design.
Needs to be cross-browser. IF, using CF 7 for this is too much trouble, I am willing to use another form processor. Those who can show me similar forms or just a really good form design they've done will get priority.
