Isbn Book Script & Database

We're buiding online based software for schools. We need an ISBN api installed (see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1297700/what-is-the-most-complete-free-isbn-api) and some database functions so that schools can add books to their online database:
Step 1) Adding a book - This will allow the daycare to add a book to their database by typing an ISBN number, or book title, author etc. Once the ISBN number is typed, a picture of the book and book details will be displayed.
Step 2) Options to add - user can select quantity, responsible person (drop down of teachers already on teacher DB), Room Location (Drop down of rooms)
Step 3) Below the search bar for ISBN, etc will be a list of books with a thumb of book cover segmented by Person responsible.
Step 4) When you click on a book, it will show title, person responsible, room location and have an option to lend out. You can lend a book to anyone in the student or teacher database and select a due date from a calander.
Step 5) Book returns when a student returns a book, teacher can select from a drop down menu of books on loan, or search by student on loan or isbn number etc.
If student has not returned by due date, it will be flagged.

gone. The programmer was too busy this week so I am looking for another PayPal IPN expert who can resolve this asap.
The Certified PayPal Developer did this in 15 minutes so I know even someone who is a paypal guru can do this within 30 - 45 minutes tops. Only respond if you have serious PayPal IPN skills and know 100% what I am talking about and can resolve. There would be two packages and a application I have to test the payment on.
