Flash Standalone Calculator

I am looking for a developer that can construct a standalone desktop application to act as a product calculator.
The calculator will compare total ownership costs of up to 3 products and all the fields will be editable by the user. There will be approimately 15 fields per product. The user should be able to amend multipliers in a number of the fields to calculate a total spend / saving cost at the end.
The user should then be able to save this 'quote' on the local desktop and also print the quote of to leave with client.
I am open to suggestions as to whether this should be done in Flash/Flex, Flash only, or some kind of C application.
Please can you quote what technology you would use, how long you estimate it to take and how much is your quote.

This project is just making this one excel-to-flash conversion. It's NOT about making a software that can convert any excel file to flash. I need technical flash development expertise, as well as graphic design to make it nice looking.

Fix Simple Flash Cost Calculator
rice and the script then displays a comparison. All the work is done It connects to a javascript with price information and variables and a print action script and we will supply that.
Cant get it to work at the moment, only showing NaN and without the .fla file we are lost.

For an online project I require a calculator that accepts user input (5 variables) and calculates answer based on a mathematics equation (provided). I can show in excel but need simple interface designed. I think Flash would work well but open to suggestions... Drupal CCK and Flash Carbon Calculator
be able to enter the required fields through CCK and have flash do the multiplications. Then depending on the output it will show a different images . Instead of zip code, I would like to have a drop down menu of various places that correlate to electricity costs.
I will give you the required cck fields and the needed math formula to make the calculation.
