Wordpress site needs a couple minor fixes involving php and css. im using "vote it up" plugin to rate posts

1. css - need to move the post ratings element outside of the post container.
2. php- need page to display top rated posts of the day
and also need thumbnails and images resized proportionally to fit in posts, plugins wont do so

Need someone to add CSS style to a plain website. (make it pretty)

You will aslo need to be able to add some changes I need in the current script which uses PHP and MYSQL.

PHP/MYSQL changes include adding a field to the DB and adding the code for that field to be checked in the current script.

Adding a script that will pull data from the DB and show it in a table.

These are fairly simple changes for anyone good with CSS and PHP.

Looking for a general XHTML and CSS expert to do some tweaks on sites such as validating XHTML/CSS etc.
Should have some knowledge in Javascript, AJAX, PHP for small jobs.
