Small Php/mysql Script

We are using a helpdesk script that supports email piping.
On our site, we are using gmail for that domain. So we can not use cPanel to Pipe to a Program.

So we want you to create a small php script that reads gmail account (pop3) and pipes to the helpdesk script:

Probably this can be done by
- splitting up large zip file into smaller zip files
- sending the smaller zip files in multiple emails

Important: reconstruction in windows xp to one big file must be easy (preferably through windows zip funtionality)

I need a small perl script which can modify a text file.
It is a very basic project.

The text file is a large text file. Perl will take lines as the following

and output:
"GET blog.jsp"


There will be a few more details to the work to be done but the main work is as explained above.

I require someone to modify the script so the submenus load slower. As an example when you mouse over Services a dropdown menu appears. When you mouseover CRIMINAL the menu that appears we are looking for that to be slowed down.

Therefore, I need the script to be customized so there is an option to select "All Users" for files that I would like to have appear for downloading in all users' accounts when they login. However, do not copy the upload file to every single user's directories since that would waste server space.
