Search Listings And Show Google Maps 2

Hello,
I am using open-realty 2.5.8 and want to show the search results on google maps.
I need the possibility to:
- show a map with properies on the homepage (with search options)
- show the map on the search result page (only relevant listings show - with search options)
- show the map on listing detail page (only the one listing shows)
- show the map on listing detail page again (listings in the neighborhood show - definable radius)
All listing information will be taken from the Open-Realty database.
It should be turned into an addon for open-realty using open-realty standard addon system and addon tags.
To give you an idea what it finaly should look/work like, here is an perfect example of what I want:

If we search for this in Google Maps it will display All results but the KML file downloaded will contain only first 10 results, I need all the results in 1 kml or 1 file of other format like excel.

Remove Google Maps Api Code
Hi,
Google have updated their API and now I am getting an error on my homepage stating I am using the wrong api key.
I need this error removed and any google maps api code as I am not using the map on the contact page anymore.
This is very quick and simple job for someone know knows what they are doing.

I have included an old word doc to a previous developer which may help you get an idea of what i want. It is much more in depth. Do not take it literally as it was based on the current system to FIX it. However a new system with different methods to acheive the same goal will be perfectly acceptable if not preferrred!!

Fixing A Submit Button On A Google Maps Mashup Site
I have a Google Maps mashup site with search capability. There's a custom submit button attached to the search box, but currently doesn't do anything. I would like for that button to:
1. submit the search query if text is inserted in the field
2. place a map marker in the middle of the map.

Google maps show around 40 to 100 diferent ballons with data
tegory and reflect it on google maps. Along with the details of each property reflected in the bubble when you click on the ballon. This data would also populate to the details page wherein it would reflect the supply and demands of each area. You will also be required to build the box into the data base for all data pulled in and searched.
