for someone who can attach the phpfox header & footer to my vbulletin installation

i have a loginshare that provides details how to do this but i believe some of the code it generates has to be changed since it only brings up the default layout when the template integration is done.

this is not a skin job, i just need the header/footer on a default vbulletin installation.

i can do this myself just dont have the time, so any insane bids will be ignored.

he script on the server and I also need a couple of modifications to do on the script. I am just starting the site with the template designed. I need someone to do everything from A to Z with not only the template integration.

I need a person who has worked with the script before doing modifications and I also need someone who knows a lot about perl programming. The person needs to be available on skype and must know good English to communicate.
