1.convert the client side of the site to aspx(not admin area)
2.provide me the sources as well.
3.do this task real quick.

A simple Query page and 2 buttons for Reset and Submit.
Reset will clear all the fields and Submit will send email to a fixed email address.
I also would like the layout of the aspx page will be the same as the html page.
