I need a tool to search for specific information from a website and then gather specific information about each result. In addition I need for this tool to search for documents related to each result, auto populate some of the criteria into an excel spreadsheet and then print a full report as a pdf document.
This tool needs to be able to login into 2 username and password websites and 2 open access websites.
The following are the steps the tool needs to take.
1. The tool has to have search fields where to enter the search criteria.
2. Once I enter the search criteria the tool will need to login into www.miamidade.realforeclose.com where it will search for the data.
3. Once the results are found the tool needs to create a list of all results.
4. Once the results are selected the tool needs to generate a full report consisting of the following information.
5. Auto populate all criteria into excel fields.
6. Go to http://gisims2.co.miami-dade.fl.us/MyHome/propmap.asp and input the address of the property in the search fields and then create a pdf print out of property summary and property taxes.
7. Tool needs to identify if there are any unpaid property taxes and auto populate it into the excel spreadsheet.
8. Tool then needs to go to http://www2.miami-dadeclerk.com/cef/CitationSearch.aspx and search using folio # for any citations then print pdf report.
9. Tool then needs to go to http://www2.miami-dadeclerk.com/Public-Records/Search.aspx?search=3&Rec_Book=27216&Rec_Page=3511 and use the name of the owner from step # 2 and search for a (MOR) document that would have a similar date as the purchase date that appears on step #6.
10. Tool also needs to find and print the Lis Pendens for this specific property which would be found in the same results page as step #9.
11. Tool needs to go to http://www.ximausa.com/properties_search.php and input the folio # into P.Records search area (folio # needs to be without dashes) and generate a comparables report, active comparables report, and comparable rent report.
12. Tool needs to grab the averages that were computed by those reports and populate them into excel spreadsheet. Tool also needs to print these reports as pdf.
13. When results are selected for detailed report, tool needs to also grab from the www.miamidade.realforeclose.com specific results the final judgment and print it as a pdf report.
14. When all fields in the excel document are completed and reports have been generated tool needs to put all these pdf prints together in one pdf document along with excel spreadsheet and a cover sheet.
The goal of this tool is to automatically populate all criteria into excel spreadsheet and create a full pdf report putting together all these documents.

For each CSV, multithreads should be run to handle simultaneously the entries of the CSV, when a CSV is completed, handle the second one if any, and so on.
The program could be written with .NET, and any programming language is ok.
