The logs will need to be FTP to the reporting server and imported automatically.

We had something setup previously but it keeps going out of sync, which may be possible to use and amend as needed. I require email notifications of any failures in import to action if it gets out of sync.
I also require previous backups to be deleted every few days to conserve server space.
