Vps Server My Sql Fix

I have a VPS server - has been working with no problems.
Yesterday I could not connect to the SSH port - that is now OK ( a reboot of server may have fixed it)
Today my website is offline because the MySQL server could not be started:
Failed to start database :
MySQL Daemon failed to start.
Starting MySQL: [FAILED]
Other than automated cron jons, I have not made any changes. Ihe problem could be the result of the hosting company doing upgrades - I have no idea.
It is running Webmin / CentOS Linux 5.3
I need an expert in Server administration / set up.
Please do not reply unless you are very experienced in this area and have good feedback - I need it fixed NOW

Update Vps Server Php & Install Magento
Just got a VPS server for my ecommerce shop.
I need php (and possibly MySQL) updated to allow for the installation of the latest version of Magento.
Tried myself but am very limited in my SSH knowledge.

Fix Errors
or I think, I just don't know how to fix them, on of the errors is an error that won't let me log in to my admin panel on my script URLMr, the error log say [19-May-2010 06:23:12] PHP Warning: Module 'json' already loaded in Unknown on line 0 I need the exim fixed as well, can't receive email... at least I assume that's an exim problem because it also fails on reboot... and my other script VidSearchScript I need the external search bar fixed, I cannot find the error in this anywhere...

I need to set up a VPN (openVPN or whatever) on a VPS server I just bought from the UK.
I want to be able to mask my IP basically to the UK one by connecting via VPN.
Just like services like www.strongvpn.com do.
I will be requiring this to be done on other servers on a regular basis. So I am hoping I can find someone that would be a good fit to work together on a long term basis.

whm.I did not know how to add dns details of my domain in order to get access to that site.And i want you to setup my domain in cpanel and install rar unrar function on my cpanel.I tried but failed to install that.You tell me the instruction so i will do it or do your self we will discuss it later.it is easy job so i will pay you $ 30 for this work

To start with, i can not access FTP or the file manager through Direct admin.
Eventhough it is a very simple task, i want someone that has very good knowledge about servers for further updates on the server.
