Setup Django Project

I'm trying to help some friends setup a Django project on a WebFaction hosting account. I do a good deal of web work, but don't normally work with Python or Django, so I need a little help to get it to work. My friends hired a designer to create the website, but his fees did not include moving the project to the WebFaction server. I've setup a Django app, installed all the necessary libraries, uploaded the content, edited the httpd.conf, project.wsgi and settings.py files, synced the database and restarted Apache, but I can't get the site to work. When I initally setup the Django app, I got the welcome page when I loaded the site in my browser, but now, I just get a server not found error. I'm guessing this is a very simple fix that needs to be made. When you bid, please include the webhost where the site will be hosted (just to make sure you actually read this description). Experience with Django and Python required. Reviews on scriptlance (or or another freelancer site, with your same account name) required.
