What I require;
All web pages created without using Flash
All PHP coding done.
Any other requirements done in order for the website to be functional.
What I want:
A fully functional (front and back-end) trading website where businesses sign-up to be traded and users sign-up to trade stock. I need the whole thing built and need, at a minimum, the requirements below filled. Anything beyond these requirements that are useful to me may result in a bonus (to be determined later.)
Read the requirements below and leave a post with the price if you/your team think you can do this. I would like it ASAP but have until the middle/end of July 2010.
What I need on the site;
Content management system that takes into account all member information, member page creation with the ability for members to change their information and upload content.
Simple website design is needed with the ability for me to change it.
We want the site to work like Hollywood stock exchange, www.hsx.com. Members can change their profiles (user name, password account information.)
Certain members have more options to post music samples, video clips and multiple photos.
This website is for a global community
The system needs to be able to accept online payments via PayPal.
Members need to be able to register online for free. There are two types of registrants that must be accounted for.
The system should generate a membership number and a reference number for each payment.
The events calendar should show national events posted by certain members of the site as well as site administration.
There should be a built in messaging system so members may send messages to one another through their profile page on the site.
Members should be able to subscribe and unsubscribe for the newsletter.
Members should be able to update their information including adding photos etc.
There should also be a discussion forum for members.
I need the administrator of the site to be able to update ads and content on the site as well as the layout/design of the site.
I need the site to be able to handle online trading, similar to the NASDAQ or a virtual stock exchange. I need all of the trades to be archived and retrievable as needed. As well as up to the minute trade details per business listing number of issued shares, number of people owning them, current and historical data etc.
Each member either requires the ability to buy and sell shares or the ability to post new shares, both of which will be charged for.
Like I said the site will be similar to a virtual stock exchange which means that I need to have a main index with all the listings on the exchange. As well as the ability to search the exchange using different forms, i.e. date listed, name, genre etc. Each member will require a portfolio listing the stocks they've purchased and related information. Businesses on the exchange must have to ability to view the number of issued stocks and current price.
The back-end of the site requires MySQL databases to store member information etc as well as PHP coding.
More information about what the site does will be giving to the team/person I'll be dealing with.
Team/Person must have:
PHP and MySQL Development or proven skill/proficiency
Access to MSN Messenger/ Google Talk Regularly
Access to SKYPE with ability to talk VIA Skype Call if project requires more focus discussion on function
Relatively Fluent English Communication Skills

Don't bid too high out of the budget, there are a lot of scripts that can be easily adapted for this kind of trading website, only thing you will need to do is code the design (we already have that) and integrate the sms notifications.
You can do this any way you want - using php, asp, any kind of cms, but priority will be given to PHP based solutions.
